Creating A Variation Listing on Amazon Without A Flat File (Video Walk-through)

There are hundreds of thousands of products currently selling that aren't available to purchase on Amazon yet. 

Each day, more are added. Some sell well and make thousands while others simply fade away into the 6+ digit BSR sunset never to be heard from again until (maybe) next Q4. Why is that? Over the past several months, I've created listings that are ranked consistently under 10k in beauty, kitchen and health & personal products. I've also created clothing listings that sold out of all their 6 variations in under a month (still waiting to restock.) These items were sourced from overseas (PL), wholesalers and even OA and RA - you see, necessarily.
